About Our Classes

Our STRENGTH classes are 60-minutes long, combining dumbbell, kettlebell, resistance band, cardio and bodyweight movements designed in a way to increase strength, mobility, endurance and overall health & fitness. This program focuses on two specific muscle groups per session - one upper body & one lower body- hitting each body part by the end of each week! Join us for Titan Tuesdays, Thrivin' Thursdays and Savage Saturdays. We provide all equipment excluding yoga mats* please bring your own yoga mat if you wish to use one!
