About Our Classes
Our FIGHT classes are 60-min long, cardio-kickboxing sessions designed to train not only your entire body, but your mind as well. Our instructors will teach you proper striking technique as well as push you to break through your mental limits with a heart pumping workout. Incorporating bodyweight and kettlebell movements, FIGHT workouts will challenge every aspect of your body, increasing cardio, coordination, power, endurance and overall health & fitness. Boxing gloves are required and hand wraps are HIGHLY recommended to protect your hands. We have both gloves and hand wraps for sale at every session.
